Each session presumes your Arrival to San Miguel de Allende the day before Monday's morning cooking class. It is preferable to fly into Leon/Bajío BJX Airport by the middle of the afternoon Sunday. As of this writing, the next flight arrives close to 10pm, and the drive to San Miguel de Allende takes 90 minutes. So, we highly recommend the earlier flight, in order to be at our Bed and Breakfast and settling in by 7pm Sunday evening. |
Not a Cook?
We recognize that there may be a Mexican Cooking enthusiast who wants to partake of the experience with a spouse or partner who does NOT want the full Mexican Cooking experience in the kitchen. Your partner is free to indulge other interests while in San Miguel de Allende during our Cooking hours. We can provide them with information on classes, tours, etc. And they are most certainly welcome to accompany you on our Cooking outings outside the kitchen. We offer a 50% Rate Reduction for your Vacation Partner on any Room that they will share with YOU, the student. In other words, an EXAMPLE: if your Week's Student Rate is $1,600 for one of our 2 Double Occupancy rooms with Private Bathroom., your traveling partner's separate rate to share that room with you for the 6 nights is $800 U.S. Dollars. Total for Cooking Student and Non-Student Spouse or Partner (in this example) is $2,400 U.S. Dollars. |
